POLICIES

ORDERING POLICY

1.) We do not accept orders for controlled substances like narcotics, sleeping pills, or amphetamines.

2.) Some drugs available in the United States may not be available in Canada, and therefore are not available from us.

3.) All prescriptions and medical history forms will be reviewed by a doctor licensed in Canada. The medical information you provide will assist the doctor in this task.

4.) United States law restricts our affiliated pharmacy from shipping not more than three months' supply of medication.

5.) All prices quoted are in U.S. dollar currency.

6.) All price and availability information is subject to change without prior notice.

6.) Please note: if purchasing by credit card, your card will be charged by affiliated pharmacy. The Canada Drug Company will not be listed on your credit card bill.

SHIPPING POLICY

It may take 2-3 weeks, from the date we receive your prescription and completed forms, until your order arrives at your door. To ensure prompt delivery, please fill out all forms completely, and fax, mail or call the Canada Drug Company to pick up your forms, along with a copy of your original prescription. Provided there are no problems with your order (ie. missing information on your forms, difficulties processing credit card) we will make all efforts to send your medication to you as quickly as possible. If you have not received your order after 21 days, please call the Canada Drug Company at 941-650-5695 and we will expedite your order for you.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post (the Canadian postal service), and will be delivered to you by the U.S. Post Office. You will be charged a flat amount of $13.00 for each package shipped out, not per drug. If all your medications fit into one parcel, you will pay only one fee.

RETURN POLICY

By law, neither the Canada Drug Company nor our affiliated pharmacy can accept any returns of medication, therefore all sales are final and non-refundable.

The Canada Drug Company and its affiliated Canadian pharmacy value the trust our customers place in us. Because of this, we endeavor to maintain the highest professional standards regarding the confidentiality of patient information. We will not release or otherwise share any prescription, personal, medical, or financial information with anyone, other than the reviewing Canadian physician, the customer to whom the information pertains, or the U.S. physician who prescribed the medications ordered, without the express written consent of the patient.

No information or e-mail addresses submitted on orders placed through the Canada Drug Company will be sold, rented, leased, traded, swapped, exchanged, or bartered to anyone.

No cookies are set on your computer, nor is any information about you or your computer recorded while you are visiting the Canada Drug Company website.

The Canada Drug Company does not allow third-party advertising on the site which employs pop-up windows or other means that are considered invasive of its visitors' browsing experience.
