The tragic events of September 11, 2001 have affected all of us in a most profound way. But amid our feelings of grief, shock, and violation has emerged a re-energized American spirit, born of the foundations and values that built our great country. People have been looking for a way to "do their share" for their fellow Americans. But people also want to do something more personal than just sending a check to an agency -- they want to have a lasting record of their contribution that shows their solidarity with other Americans.
It is in this spirit that MyTributeToAmerica.org was created. This website offers you a way to express, in a personal way, what this great country means to you. We do this by publishing a customized web page for you, in which you can describe, in your words, what America represents for you. We provide a collection of beautifully-designed web page templates to choose from--each with its own special theme reflecting an inspirational aspect of America, its history, values and its people.
