ORDER YOUR TRIBUTE NOW
Now that you are ready to order a Tribute, here are the easy instructions to follow to submit your information and place your order:
1.) Select the web page template theme you want for your Tribute and highlight it on the form below. You can CLICK HERE to view the sample layout styles available.
2.) On the form below, enter the information that you want to appear in your Tribute. You will be asked to supply the following:
your name (optional), location (optional), and e-mail address (required). Your e-mail address will only be used to notify you when your Tribute is published.
your Personal Statement or Testimony about what America means to you. You may also include a Prayer or other special message.
The charity you would like your payment to be applied to.
3.) When done, press the Continue button on the form below. You will then be asked for your credit card payment information. Please note that the $10.00 charge will appear on your credit card bill from ClickBank/Keynetics, not MyTributeToAmerica.org. ClickBank/Keynetics is the payments company that processes our transactions.
4.) Once all the above information has been received, we will process your order and post your tribute. This process normally takes 24-48 hours. You will then receive an e-mail notification from us confirming that your Tribute has been published on our website.
