We list an e-mail address so that we can respond quickly to people who have questions about placing orders, our policies, payment issues, and other support-related questions, as well as comments and suggestions on how we can improve our service to our customers and visitors.

If you've been Paged on our site and find what was written about you to be offensive, objectionable, or just plain not nice, please keep in mind that we are not a referee, third-party arbitration body, or morals commissioner.  We provide a forum for people to express their dissatisfaction with someone or the way they have been treated.  This is discussed in greater extent in our Terms of Use section, which you acknowledged having read, understood, and agreeing to prior to viewing the posting about you in The Pages section.

That being said, if you're a Pagee you can still write to us (although you're probably better off contacting the person you wronged and making amends with them.)  If your e-mail is well-reasoned and well-written (spelling counts) we may write back.  If it has profanity, threats, legal terms we can't understand like "without prejudice" (we have MBA's, not degrees in etymology) or lacks generally-accepted neighborly principles, we not only won't write back...we may even RePage you and your letter on this website.  Wouldn't that be embarrassing?
